Initial Situation / Problem
WDR faced the challenge of efficiently organizing content from various editorial departments and making it available across platforms. Existing systems were fragmented, metadata structures inconsistent, and distribution to ARD Mediathek occurred without strategic optimization. User Generated Content could not be systematically integrated.

My Role / Contribution
Project Manager & Technical Strategist for WISIT (WDR Innovation & Strategy)
- Requirements management and architecture design for platforms & APIs
- Coordination between editorial, IT and infrastructure teams
- Development of data flow interfaces between CMS, CDN, DAM and frontends
- Management of external service providers and development teams
- Creation of strategic briefs, user stories and quality assurance
